Rockwell Man Wanted For Shooting into an Occupied Vehicle
SALISBURY N.C. (Thursday, March 19, 2025) - On March 19, 2025, Detectives with the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office obtained warrants for the arrest of Joseph Parham Jr of Rockwell NC. Parham is wanted for shooting into an Occupied Dwelling/Vehicle and Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. These charges are part of an investigation which began in February of 2025, when detectives were alerted that a stolen vehicle had been shot into at 660 Sides Road Salisbury NC.
During this investigation it was learned that Parham and another subject were in a disagreement. This disagreement then led to 660 Sides Road. While in the driveway of the residence weapons were discharged into the victim’s vehicle. No one was injured during this incident. Parham is considered armed and dangerous at this time. He is believed to be in the areas of Rockwell and Salisbury. Anyone who encounters Parham should use extreme caution and call 911 immediately.
