SALISBURY, N.C. (Thursday, March 20, 2025) – On March 15, 2025, a registered sex offender was booked into the Rowan County Jail on additional charges. 37-year-old Justin Dale Edwards of Salisbury was transferred to the custody of the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office from the North Carolina Department of Adult Correction upon his release from prison.
