A 3-year-old girl has died from injuries sustained in a shooting on Rowan Mill Road, Salisbury, that also killed her 80-year-old great-grandfather, Charles William. The shooting occurred on August 10, with over 30 shots fired into the home. William was killed in his recliner, and the child, Myisha Angel, was shot while in a bunk bed.
Kevin Antonio Smith Jr. was arrested after a multi-county chase and is being held on a $1,634,000 bond. Police are still searching for another suspect.
