Kannapolis police are investigating a homicide following reports of shots fired late Tuesday night. Officers responded to the 600 block of Caribbean Court at 11:45 p.m., where they discovered 18-year-old Damien Carter Senesaynho deceased from a gunshot wound. Another individual was hospitalized with serious injuries.
Authorities have not made any arrests yet and believe this incident is isolated, posing no further threat to the public.
