Update on 660 Sides Road from Rowan County Sheriff's Office
Last year the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office began an investigation on the residence of 660 Sides Road in Eastern Rowan County. Multiple search warrants and consent searches have been executed on the residence for various criminal offenses. On 03/04/2025, the (Sheriff’s Office Criminal Apprehension Team) SOCAT unit obtained a search warrant for the residence of 660 Sides Road. The Sheriff’s Office SRT, SOCAT, and Patrol units executed the search warrant Tuesday afternoon. At the conclusion of the search a total weight of 5.12 grams of fentanyl, 1.31 grams of methamphetamine, 7.67 grams of MDMA and various paraphernalia items were seized.
The Nuisance Abatement Process through the State of North Carolina has been underway for several months on this residence. If successful, this process will allow the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office to potentially control occupancy of the property, or even the seizure and or sale of the property.
The following individuals were arrested from the residence on Tuesday.
