A man from East Bend, North Carolina, identified as Dustin Garrison, 38, has been arrested by the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office for allegedly committing indecent liberties with a child. The incident was reported in March, involving a child who is autistic and known to Garrison. Initial investigations revealed that the alleged incidents took place at a relative's home in Rowan County and at Garrison's residence in Yadkin County. Garrison was apprehended in Yadkin County and is currently detained at the Yadkin County Detention Center on charges of indecent liberties with a child, with bail set at $250,000.
