SALISBURY, N.C. (Friday, April 4, 2025) - On November 27, 2024, the Rowan County Sheriff's Office obtained information about a fraud which occurred at RHA Health Services located in Cleveland NC. During this investigation, Detectives learned that Parrish Jones fraudulently used funds from three clients of this establishment.
On April 1, 2025, Jones was located and arrested at her residence on Lash Drive. Jones was charged with eight counts of Obtain Property by False Pretense, two counts of Felony Financial Card Fraud, one count of Misdemeanor Financial Card Fraud, three counts of Financial Card Theft, and three counts of Exploit Disabled/Elder Adult. Jones was placed in the Rowan County Detention Center under a secured bond of $140,000.00.
